At Chargebee I revamped the documentation homepage, improved information architecture for product discovery, translated complex workflows into visual infographics, and introduced wireframes, flows, and visual enhancements that improved navigation and reduced bounce rates.

I led the documentation rebranding and collaborated on migrating Knowledge Base content to a new docs platform, designed user flows for scalable content, and created event and brand identities such as a Chargebee hackathon theme. I also redesigned JobSquare’s identity, built sub-brands, and established multi-channel design systems.
