At Raj Kumari Foundation, I’m conducting a field-based assessment of Anganwadi Centres in Latehar, Jharkhand, to identify infrastructure and facility gaps and inform CSR-led upgradation.
I use structured observations, Anganwadi Worker interactions, and photographic documentation to assess facilities, safety, early childhood care and education, and service support, then develop evidence-based recommendations.
During my field placement with National Health Mission, Maharashtra, I examined how Medical Officers and ANMs balance routine services with National Health Programmes at a PHC and Sub-centre. The experience highlighted tensions between programme targets, reporting responsibilities, and comprehensive patient care.
I’m pursuing a Master of Public Health in Health Administration at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. My training includes public health research, programme monitoring, data collection, report writing, and certifications in global health, One Health, GIS, and epidemiology.
