At Development Management Institute (DMI), I support monitoring, evaluation, and coordination for Lohiya Swachh Bihar Abhiyan’s Digital Communication and Monitoring System (DCMS). Through adoption support, troubleshooting, and field-level guidance, I helped increase application users from 9 lakh to 18 lakh in about two months.
I conduct data-driven performance reviews across Bihar districts, document field visits, and coordinate with District Coordinators and the State Health Team. I also support an efficacy study of DCMS and use SAS for biostatistical analysis and data cleaning.
As a Research Intern on the MAN-O-POSHAN Project at Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar (IIPHG), I assessed project design and evidence, created nutrition and health communication materials, and authored reports. My work also includes public health field research at Piramal Swasthya and general dentistry at Lakecity Dental Clinic.
