● Managed Client Interactions, Stakeholder Communication, Project execution, deliverables, and presentations

● Tackled the issue of Revenue Dilution due to Customers who obtain frequent credits, which resulted in potential saving of $6 M yearly

● Designed and Automated an Interactive Visual Dashboard to track 15+ KPIs & Metrics for 2M+ B2B Customers, for understanding potential growth areas for Marketing and Sales operations

● Developed a binary classification model to predict the customers who are more likely to accept the promo-roll off changes
