Earlier, at Unbrako – Deepak Fasteners Ltd., I managed procurement and supplier negotiations, including global carbide tooling sourcing from China and Japan, using SAP MM for procure-to-pay transactions. At Videocon Group – Tekcare India Pvt. Ltd., I managed spare-parts sourcing and demand forecasts for replenishment across 72 authorised service centres.
