At J-PAL South Asia, I manage implementation of evaluations including PAUSE, a multi-state randomized evaluation of a digital automated demand-response intervention. I oversee partner coordination, workplans, budgets and field implementation, and contributed to the evaluation's design.
I led negotiations that resulted in MoUs with four electricity distribution companies and coordinated integration of the Tata Power EZ Home app with the project application. For government evidence systems, I developed data-governance frameworks across five Tamil Nadu departments and an EMIS dataset catalogue for the Department of School Education.
