At Indian Police Foundation, I coordinate research and implementation work across police and government stakeholders. For the Telangana Police–Public Interface research project, I worked with CESS to monitor analytical progress, review deliverables, and support timely data analysis.
In Telangana, I maintained regular communication with the senior police officer and Telangana State Supervisor to support project execution, methodological consistency, and preparation of the Change Manual for Telangana Police.
In Tamil Nadu, I supported a public consultation involving approximately 2,100 participants across multiple police jurisdictions. I coordinated field activities and monitored data quality for surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and public meetings.
For the Public Grievance Assessment, I analyzed qualitative and quantitative stakeholder data using Excel and Power BI, then developed the report and executive summary with actionable recommendations. I also hold a Google Project Management Professional Certificate.
