I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my analytical skills in a collaborative environment, focusing on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

I am a dedicated Business Analyst with a strong background in data visualization and process optimization. With a Master of Engineering in Industrial and System Engineering from Virginia Tech University, I have honed my skills in applying lean manufacturing methods and data analysis to drive efficiency in various projects. My experience includes developing innovative applications and dashboards that streamline processes and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

I have been developing interactive and intuitive dashboards in Power BI since 2021. I also successfully achieved PL - 300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.

In my recent role as a Freelancer, I successfully created a Claim Power App for the Logistics team at Mercedes, Germany, which significantly improved their claim recovery process. Additionally, I engineered Power Automate flows that reduced redundant work hours, showcasing my ability to leverage technology for operational excellence.
