In my current role at Jet 2 Travel & Technology, I collaborate with the E-commerce team to enhance booking and flight booking platforms with a focus on high performance and scalability. I develop and maintain core features using .NET and C#, integrate Sitecore CMS for personalized experiences, and implement frontend improvements with Vue.js to increase UI responsiveness and booking conversion.

Previously, at Market Disc, I designed and implemented a custom CRM platform and built Python- and Node.js-based backend services integrated with SQL to achieve 99.9% data accuracy. I also automated workflows to reduce manual work by 30%, and created interactive Power BI dashboards so leadership could track KPIs and customer engagement trends more quickly.

Beyond development, I enjoy turning data into decisions—through HR analytics that reduced employee attrition and machine-learning work like railway safety monitoring and CNN-based brain tumor diagnosis. I aim to keep growing in Agile/Scrum teams where performance, automation, and data-driven impact are priorities.
