What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow at the intersection of legal work and finance—supporting SARFAESI debt recovery, contract drafting, and regulatory due diligence while building stronger expertise in financial markets and reporting.

I’m a Legal Associate with specialized exposure to banking and financial laws, including SARFAESI and debt recovery frameworks. In my role, I handled cases involving NPAs and asset recovery under the SARFAESI Act, drafted demand notices and legal documents for financial institutions, and represented matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), including enforcement actions such as possession and auction of secured assets.

I also support transactional and compliance work through legal due diligence and risk assessment, including cheque dishonor cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act (Section 138). Alongside my legal training (AIBE, 2024), I’m pursuing an MBA in Finance (Specialisation: Global Financial Markets) and have finance internship experience in financial data analysis, financial reporting, and compliance documentation.
