At TransFair Navigator, I lead the marketisation of an AI workforce-transformation platform, bringing product strategy, commercialisation, and customer success together. I shipped agentic AI workflows that cut enterprise decision cycles from three months to six hours while embedding EU AI Act, GDPR, and works-council requirements into the product.
I previously co-founded evoach, scaling its GenAI coaching platform to more than 10,000 completed sessions and €1.5M ARR with 95% retention. At 1&1, I grew the MyWebsite SaaS product line to €65M ARR across 11 markets, leading product, UX, pricing, packaging, funnel, and platform migrations.
