I've developed bare-metal firmware at Evolve Robotics for ESP32, STM32, AVR, PIC, Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Pico, and Arduino-based embedded, IoT, robotics, and prototype systems.
I configure peripherals and real-time control interfaces including GPIO, timers, interrupts, ADC, PWM, UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN. I also design custom PCBs, analyze schematics, integrate hardware, and troubleshoot boards through prototype development.
At Schneider Electric India, I managed fault analysis across six product lines in the three-phase smart UPS portfolio, including GVL, GVS, and Static Transfer Switch systems. I handled 20–30 test cases daily, using LabVIEW test logs, DMMs, DSOs, signal generators, fixtures, and PCB-level RCA to isolate component faults and support rework.
I'm focused on understanding, integrating, and optimizing complex hardware and software components to build reliable systems. I also enjoy mentoring students on firmware development, hardware debugging, prototyping, and project implementation.
