At Prime Healthcare, I support attorneys on employment law matters by developing multi-state remote employee handbooks, drafting compliance policies, and conducting DLSE and AWS compliance audits across multiple facilities.

I manage high-volume PAGA and wage-and-hour class-action data and draft OSHA complaint responses, settlement agreements, investigation summaries, and RIF/severance releases. I use Westlaw, legislative updates, and targeted legal research to turn complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior counsel.

I also partner with HR, facility leadership, and employees on compliance schedules, immigration casework, document collection, and union CBA negotiations.

My background in business analysis, policy research, and English literature strengthens my writing, analytical judgment, and ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives—from hospital software launches to equity-centered curriculum research.
