I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations and project coordination—recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation—while partnering with stakeholders to keep schedules on track and records accurate.

I’m an HR cum Project Coordinator with 5+ years of combined experience across Human Resources, project coordination, planning engineering, and quantity surveying. I build strong day-to-day HR operations—handling recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and employee records.

I also support engineering and construction delivery by coordinating project activities between clients, vendors, site teams, and management, while tracking schedules and preparing progress reports and meeting minutes. With a background in estimation and construction workflows, I’m comfortable aligning stakeholders, supporting procurement communications, and keeping both project and HR documentation organized and audit-ready.
