What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or contract roles from Albania, with Europe timezone overlap, where GIS, data, automation, Python, and AI-assisted development overlap.

At the Institute of Geography and Military Infrastructure, I provide technical support and participate in military building and infrastructure projects while following up the digital military mapping process. I also continue building software and data projects, including KodiAI.

I built and published four live KodiAI demos from a private Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase Postgres application. Its KTP Search retrieves clauses from Albania's technical design codes and generates cited answers; I improved answer accuracy from 50–60% to over 85% by changing one pipeline step at a time.

At UTS-01, I built Python/ArcPy and Excel VBA automation for municipal planning workflows across four Global Local Plan projects, processing land-use and road-network features. I also built WebGIS applications and contributed to Albania's national dumpsite risk mitigation study, which became part of the Integrated Solid Waste Management National Strategy.
