In my work as a Medical Claims Adjudicator at Mediassist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd (Bengaluru), I adjudicated and processed domicilliary claims. I supported claim reviews with careful attention to detail to help ensure correctness and readiness for next steps.

Before transitioning fully into medical coding, I worked as a Physiotherapist, helping provide rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. That experience strengthened my assessment documentation, patient education, and communication skills—skills I now apply to coding work with the same care and professionalism.
