At Simplify Healthcare, I write user stories and acceptance criteria for Benefits1-NOVA, a US payer platform supporting QHP issuer workflows. I owned the Plan Status feature on the Issuer Portfolio screen, defining business rules and field-level behavior.
I also analyzed the Issuer Portfolio and QHP Plan Info screens to find and resolve a field mismatch. For a benefit variant generation feature, I wrote test scenarios and a testing summary, working with developers, QA, and product stakeholders in Agile sprints.
At Syngenta, I engineered Python-based serverless workflows using AWS Lambda, SQS, and SAM, reducing manual intervention by about 35%. I also built and integrated REST APIs with FastAPI; on my MedInsight project, I developed an SVM-based medicine recommendation system that achieved about 94% accuracy.
