What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Junior QA role where I can use my user perspective to catch bugs before they reach customers.

At NextIn/New Sunflower Nursery, I test a live nursery web page and retail e-commerce platform through manual and exploratory testing.

I identify and log functional defects, UI misalignments, and checkout glitches, then write bug reports with reproduction steps and expected versus actual outcomes.

As an IT Associate at New Sunflower Nursery, I update web infrastructure and layouts and monitor customer channels for technical site glitches.

My background in digital marketing and social media management shaped my user perspective. I'm looking for a Junior QA role where I can catch bugs before they reach customers.
