I’m a Project Coordinator with 2+ years at INORA Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (Know How Foundation), focused on CSR field operations and digital content that helps corporate sustainability partners deliver measurable community impact. I coordinate multi-village programs end-to-end—planning, field execution, documentation, and partner handover—so reporting stays consistent and audit-ready.

In my role, I manage beneficiary onboarding and QR-based beneficiary tracking across CSR partner projects, including ACG Care, Adani Foundation, Sandvik, and TCS. I lead Gram Panchayat liaison and daily field reporting, and I’ve onboarded 5,000+ beneficiaries onto the tracking portal.

I also build and deliver proposal presentations for corporate partners, including TCS’s Environmental Employee Volunteering Programme. My work extends into content production—village shoots, event coverage, and photo/video documentation for CSR reporting—plus Instagram content strategy with monthly calendars, Reels scripts, and carousel design.

To keep outputs fast and high quality, I use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to speed up reporting, documentation, and content workflows, and I’ve trained fellow team members on AI adoption. I’m motivated by structured execution, clear communication with stakeholders, and using data-backed tracking to make CSR programs run smoothly.
