What I'm looking for

I want to be part of a successful organization where I can share my knowledge, apply creative and feasible solutions, and grow while delivering excellence in customer care using my screen-reader and MS Office skills.

I’m a fresher focused on customer support work, with hands-on training as a “Call Center Executive” and completion of a “Customer Care Executive course for Visually Impaired candidates” from the National Association for Blinds Karnataka. I combine strong communication with a disciplined, quick-learning approach to deliver consistent service.

I’m highly proficient with screen-reader tools—especially NVDA—for web navigation, document processing, and day-to-day productivity in MS Office. I also bring Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and financial data cleaning, along with accessible document formatting in Word and professional email handling in Outlook.
