At Pazcare, I own partner operations tooling, the HR experience, and analytics for a health-benefits platform. I built automated insurer submissions using APIs, RPA bots, and AI email agents, raising the automated share of lives from 0% to 25% across 21 insurers.
I moved client onboarding from Excel into a product board driven by platform data. More than 300 companies have been onboarded through it, and onboarding turnaround time fell 20%.
I launched claims analytics for HR teams at every client and a weekly claims digest for clients with active group health cover. I also prototype and ship my own changes, with 400+ pull requests merged to production.
At Wongdoody, I led UX for enterprise tools used by Mercedes-Benz executive teams and contributed to a WCAG AA design system used across 40+ internal products. For Coca-Cola HBC, I turned interviews, portal data, and surveys into a UX strategy; for Jordan Commercial Bank, I led research and workshops before the app MVP shipped in eight weeks.
