I manage defects in Jira, validate policy and claims data with SQL, and work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to clarify acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum delivery. My work has improved defect detection by 40%, reduced UAT cycle time by 40%, and reduced rework by 50%.
I'm also building CI-ready automation using Selenium WebDriver with Python, Cucumber BDD, Page Object Model, and Jenkins. In my GitHub automation suite, I automated 31 test cases across six test suites with cross-browser testing, screenshots on failure, and automated runs on code push.
