Anik Shaikh

I'm building data pipelines and forecasting systems with Python, SQL, DuckDB, PostgreSQL, and LightGBM. My work includes processing datasets with tens of millions of records and designing analytics-ready data models.

At Igniis Tech, I worked with AI/ML engineers to clean and validate model output data, build REST API-driven monitoring dashboards, and transform raw JSON API data through custom Python ETL scripts. I also used Git and participated in code reviews within an Agile team.

Through projects including an NSE Analytics Dashboard and NYC Urban Mobility Demand Forecaster, I've built concurrent ingestion pipelines, idempotent bulk upserts, automated schema migrations, data-quality checks, and leakage-safe time-series features for demand forecasting.
