I've designed and validated digital services for Yape, La Firme, and Reverso, using research, interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and Figma prototypes to turn user needs into useful experiences.
As an Industrial Design student at PUCP, I've also led community-centered work at Colegio Fe y Alegría #32 and ConJuntos, including an active art workshop program across two Lima shelters supported by 20 volunteers.

Created a website to facilitate lamp sales through a new digital channel. Used Figma to build the final functional prototype and conducted research based on SMART objectives to define the page's parameters.
