What I'm looking for
I’m a Product Designer with experience designing complex systems across enterprise CRM, B2B SaaS, and crypto products. I design beyond usability, focusing on how product systems shape user behavior, trust, and engagement across high-stakes flows.
At Bitazza, I design core experiences for a centralized crypto exchange, covering financial transactions and user confidence through wallet, withdrawals, trading, homepage/market pages, KYB verification, and CFD leaderboard experiences. I investigate behavioral drop-offs and engagement gaps using product analytics, customer support insights, and heuristic evaluation, then collaborate with BI, product, and engineering teams to align experience decisions with both business and user needs.
Previously at SPCE, I built scalable multi-role workflows for a SaaS digital salesroom platform, using Hotjar session recordings and Pendo analytics to uncover workflow bottlenecks and coordination gaps. Earlier, as a UX/UI designer (promoted to Senior UX/UI Designer) for enterprise CRM work with US banking clients, I led operational workflow design and helped establish a design system foundation (Bootstrap v5, WCAG) to improve consistency, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
