What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support or call-handling role where accuracy, clear communication and reliability matter.

At University Teaching Hospital (UTH), I spoke face to face with patients and healthcare staff, gathered information needed for dispensing, and checked patient and prescription details before medicines were issued.

I kept accurate records across several pharmacy units and handled sensitive patient information with care. I also worked in a busy hospital environment where many people needed help at once.

As a Community Advocate (Millennium Fellowship Candidate), I collected and recorded community members’ views on financial literacy and community savings, then explained ideas clearly to people from different backgrounds. I’m a fifth-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student seeking a remote customer support or call-handling role.
