What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-centered pharmacy team where I can apply HIPAA-focused prescription support, accurate dispensing/labeling, and strong customer service while learning and growing toward advanced pharmacy responsibilities.

I’m a PharmD graduate and Pharmacy Technician who thrives on helping patients feel supported while keeping medication workflows accurate and compliant. I bring a service-first mindset from years of direct customer engagement.

In my pharmacy roles, I accepted and processed prescriptions and refill requests, ensured information was complete and accurate, and maintained confidentiality under HIPAA. I count prescription medications, fill prescriptions, and type and attach medication labels, while also processing patient insurance and answering medication and vaccination questions.

I’m known for steady, quality customer service: I respond quickly to inquiries, refer patients to the pharmacist for medical information, and handle on-site needs such as COVID-19 nasal testing. I also support smooth operations by assisting with inventory receiving and stocking.

Beyond pharmacy, I strengthened my communication and organization through front desk receptionist work and retail/customer service roles. I scheduled appointments, directed visitors and students, and created social media postings using Canva—skills that make me collaborative, polished, and reliable in fast-paced settings.
