I've built 25+ training-report dashboards at Rack Room Shoes using R, alongside LMS landing-page dashboards that gave managers real-time visibility into compliance gaps. I also designed an ROI dashboard in MicroStrategy to assess how training sessions affected performance.

At UNC Chapel Hill's Department of Political Science, I researched North Carolina's pre-regulatory landfills and nearby community spaces through geospatial and demographic analysis in RStudio. My linear regression work identified correlations among landfill proximity, race, and poverty levels, supporting evidence developed with the NC Environmental Justice Network for the Safer Parks Act.

I combine data science, political science, and visual communication to make analysis useful for people and communities. At Pearl Hacks, I collaborated on Lily Pad Learning, an interactive financial-literacy website and game, using Figma, HTML, and GitHub.

I'm also committed to service and leadership through Buckley Public Service Scholars, Phi Sigma Pi, and Honors Carolina mentoring.
