Angela Hilton

I teach eighth-grade science at Lancaster County School District, where I've worked since 2016. I'm certified to teach middle grades science and social studies in South Carolina.

I bring a genuine love of learning and discovering new information into my classroom, sharing that curiosity with students. I adapt my approach and draw on my experiences to enrich the school both behaviorally and academically.

As a Computer Science Education Fellow in college, I gained resources and strategies for implementing technology effectively in the classroom. I hold a bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education from the College of Charleston and a master's degree in Curriculum Integration from American College of Education.

My background also includes eight summers as a lifeguard and swim instructor, plus one summer as an assistant swim coach. Those experiences strengthened the relationship-building and instructional skills I bring to education.
