What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead event operations, coordinate fast-paced schedules, and use my technical troubleshooting skills to keep experiences smooth. I want a team that values clear communication, training, and great customer outcomes.

I’m a Lead Event Coordinator focused on running smooth, high-energy live experiences—especially in a virtual reality environment. I coordinate schedules, programming, and live event operations while keeping performers and audiences supported end-to-end.

I lead the Event Coordinator team and train new coordinators, ensuring consistent communication and reliable execution. I also troubleshoot in-platform technical issues to prevent disruptions, organize performer lineups, and maintain clear logistics so every show feels seamless.

Beyond events, I’ve built strong operational leadership through shift-based management. I’ve directed daily floor operations, delegated tasks, managed cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations, and maintained inventory tracking while staying aligned with store policies and customer needs.

I bring an extra layer of people-first leadership from customer service, conflict resolution, and youth mentorship experience. Whether I’m supporting hosts, resolving escalations, or mentoring team members, I aim to create a calm, organized experience where everyone can do their best work.
