As an IT Technical Support Intern, I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity incidents for end users. I also configure and maintain computers and peripherals, install and update software, and document support tickets.

I monitor network infrastructure through the Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine (UDM), tracking devices, connections, availability, and performance. I identify connected devices using details such as IP and MAC addresses, hostname, access point, and location.

As an Information Security Technology student at Faculdade Senac DF, I’ve gained hands-on experience in authorized penetration testing, including reconnaissance, DNS enumeration, HTTP header analysis, source code review, and XSS and prompt injection testing.

I use Nmap and Burp Suite in security testing and am preparing for the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) certification. My studies also cover network fundamentals, incident response, AWS security, and technical support for Windows and Linux.
