I'm looking to provide bilingual clinical care and contribute to mental health programs through therapy, clinical leadership, care protocol design, team training, and measurable service improvement.

I provide bilingual in-person and telehealth care for adults and couples in Medellín, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace stress, and men’s sexual health.

As Clinical Director at CSM LLC, I led a four-person clinical team, grew active patients from 70 to 400, and reduced therapy dropout from 25% to 4.5% through structured follow-up, psychoeducation, and engagement strategies.
