At tyntec, I developed an on-prem AI service that summarizes and classifies open Jira tickets, reducing manual triage by about seven minutes per ticket while keeping data within the infrastructure. I also developed a Rocket.Chat support bot and tracked an LLM model-selection experiment with MLflow and Label Studio.

In my current freelance work for Ukrspetskabel, I develop Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. I also implement backend services and REST APIs, including a warehouse and logistics management system, using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
