I'm seeking a Chief Technologist or Production Manager role where I can scale manufacturing operations, commission and optimize production lines, strengthen process reliability, and improve overall efficiency.

I'm leading quality and production technology at KNAUF Insulation Tashkent CA, where I stabilize basalt insulation manufacturing processes, optimize fiber-forming systems, develop SOPs, and identify production bottlenecks through SCADA data.

I've brought basalt wool production lines toward full capacity at Technopark and managed the full-cycle organization of a basalt wool plant at AKFA Engineering, from site preparation and equipment installation to utilities, supplier coordination, and commissioning.

Across insulation, confectionery, lighting, metal structures, and aircraft manufacturing, I've led engineering services, modernization projects, documentation adaptation, ISO implementation, and teams of more than 20 people.
