I’m an IT Director with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise IT operations and driving digital transformation across East Africa. I focus on aligning technology strategies with business goals, delivering secure and scalable solutions, and maintaining operational excellence through strong process and people management.

As Technical Director at SuperNet Ltd, I direct enterprise IT operations, network engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure strategy for a leading South Sudan Internet Service Provider. I designed and implemented a resilient nationwide IP/MPLS and wireless infrastructure using BGP and OSPF, maintaining 99.9% network availability, and led deployment of 10+ network distribution sites while establishing engineering standards and preventive maintenance to reduce interruptions.

Previously, I led technical recovery for MTN South Sudan’s nationwide radio network, restoring availability from 65% to 98% through proactive maintenance, fault management, and infrastructure optimization. I also managed corrective and preventive maintenance for 121 of 176 cellular sites, supported Tier 3 troubleshooting across RAN, microwave transmission, and power systems, and guided modernization of site power infrastructure with optimized hybrid solar and diesel solutions.
