I build production AI systems where evaluation, cost, and observability matter—starting from multi-agent orchestration pipelines and RAG architectures. At Allata, I’ve designed agent development workflows that help teams plan, build, test, and ship software with LLM integration, reusable standards, and token-cost/platform analysis.
Before that, I helped establish a healthcare EMR platform at Adam HRS, including an AWS Bedrock-powered RAG system for context-aware recommendations and dashboards/queries to monitor AI spend and pipeline health. Now I run Andrew Jay Consulting, scoping and deploying AI agent and workflow automations that integrate large language models into client systems to replace repetitive tasks.
