What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own operations and logistics execution—accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth coordination with clients and clearing agents—while growing my skills and contributing to consistent, on-time delivery.

I work as an Operations Coordinator where I monitor Oracle and purchase order activity, follow up on cargo readiness, and secure shipping documents for imports and exports. I also handle timely processing of customs duties and charges to support prompt delivery, while managing relationships with clearing agents and keeping the account desk updated with the right documents.

Before this, I built strong warehouse and administrative experience through roles as a Warehouse Officer/Operative and Data Entry Officer, including stock taking, loading and verifying products, preparing waybills, and maintaining detailed records such as expiry and batch numbers. Alongside operations, I’ve also contributed creatively as a Graphic Designer and AI Artist, bringing collaboration-focused, detail-driven work to every project.
