I've led forecasting, inventory planning, retail systems, e-commerce, and omni-channel work for Cato Corporation, Belk Department Stores, and Macy's Corporation. At Belk, I helped scale e-commerce and omni-channel revenue from $37M to $450M in four years.

At Cato, I led planning, open-to-buy, allocation, and retail systems across an $820M multi-banner business, improving inventory turnover by 112 bps and gross margin by 25 bps in one year. I also launched dropship and virtual inventory programs at Belk that generated $30M in incremental sales and reduced store inventory by $125M.

As an independent consultant, I help small and mid-sized retailers strengthen planning, reporting, purchasing, inventory, and day-to-day operating processes through practical tools, training, and clear business analysis.
