What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time Golang development role, available on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid format, where I can build reliable services, improve system performance, and collaborate transparently with a friendly team.

I've built Go services for Globus IT's EVRAZ SCANNER, a fixed-asset and inventory management system for a metallurgical holding. I develop authentication, document synchronization, and inventory business logic while integrating SAP through OData and SOAP APIs.

I reduced SAP data loss from 5% to 0.1% by implementing a transactional Outbox pattern with retries and a dead-letter queue. I also cut active-task API latency from 80 ms to 2 ms using Redis Cache-Aside and expanded warehouse inventory coverage by 30% through offline-first synchronization.

Previously at SimbirSoft, I developed and maintained Go services for a brokerage platform processing trade orders, stop-orders, and financial instrument data. I optimized a corporate-action workflow from 2.5 seconds to 0.1 seconds, improved test coverage from 30% to 60%, and contributed to scheduler migration work.

I bring a calm approach to code reviews, adopt best practices quickly, and value transparent, friendly communication. I take responsibility for time management and improving code quality across the team.
