At Vitech, I develop Policy Management, Intel Forms, and the central Hub for Departmentware, a SaaS platform used by 50+ police departments across the US. The Hub connects the apps with single sign-on, and I built an AI knowledge base that lets users ask policy questions from any app.
At Vitech, I’ve also delivered full-stack applications for internal and external clients, including AI features such as image-similarity search and chat assistants. I built AWS background processing with SQS, S3, and SES, and I handle releases and production issues across the products.
Earlier at A1 Macedonia, I monitored production databases and optimized SQL queries, then built machine-learning models for sales improvement and fraud detection as a Data Analyst Intern. I’m finishing an MSc in Cloud Computing and am working on a thesis project that forecasts AWS spend and flags idle resources.
