What I'm looking for

I am looking for a hands-on manufacturing/product engineering role where I can improve yield, support production, and grow technically within a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.

I am a product engineer with nearly four years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, focused on continuous improvement, production readiness, and technical support for customers. I have coordinated ECOs, established BOM structures, and led actions to reduce defects and improve yield.

My background includes component engineering and internship experience in PCB testing and debugging; I am comfortable working with SAP, analyzing PCNs, and translating customer requirements into manufacturing solutions. I bring practical skills in troubleshooting, test-fixture operation, and cross-functional coordination to meet Plexus and customer objectives.

I am communicative, empathetic, and team-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and ongoing commitment to learning (Master's and Bachelor's in electrical/electronics engineering).
