At Bosch, I own the AOI, SPI, and Vincam inspection process for SMT lines producing automotive electronic modules. I release inspection processes for new products, samples, and engineering changes.
I tune inspection parameters to improve detection stability and repeatability, reduce false calls, and minimize escapes. I also analyze defects and machine issues, contributing to PPM reduction.
At Cicor (formerly Systronics), I led a three-person AOI/SPI team in a high-mix EMS plant. We developed inspection programs and released processes for new products and customer engineering changes.
I started in SMT line operation and AOI programming, building practical experience from the production line into process ownership. I hold a BSc in Economic Sciences (Business Administration) and have completed on-site IPC and IATF 16949 training.
