At AirTreks, I build production LLM systems end to end: customer-facing agents, the automation behind them, and analytics that show what changed. The customer-support flow doubled sales year over year.
I built conversational trip planning that renders editable trips during chat, separated lead and customer conversations into intent-specific agents, and created versioned knowledge retrieval using pgvector and RAG. I also connected reliable workflows to customer emails, human-agent alerts, the sales CRM, and route publishing.
I've spent eighteen years building for the web, from web design and WordPress performance to TypeScript, Next.js, and AI agents on live customer traffic. I work remotely, async by default, and focus on translating business needs into measured product outcomes.
