What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead creative direction where hands-on delivery, strong brand systems, practical workflows, and high-performing teams can scale work across multiple channels and brands.

At HealthPost Group, I led multi-channel creative across HealthPost, Flora & Fauna, and Nourished Life, scaling design output by more than 400% without increasing team size. I set creative standards, built reusable systems and asset libraries, and directed e-commerce, retail, packaging, photography, and platform-migration delivery.

Across 20+ years in agency, corporate, in-house, and consultancy environments, I’ve built brands and marketing communications for organisations including Corian, FENIX, Whitcoulls, Goldmark, Stevens, Lotto, The Aromatherapy Company, and Auckland Museum. I enjoy shaping the work itself while building the workflows, standards, and team culture that help creative delivery scale.
