What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist role.

At SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital, I reviewed patient records and clinical indicators during multidisciplinary rounds to assess whether patients continued to meet ICU level-of-care needs. I also documented changes in condition, interventions, and responses to treatment in Epic.

I communicated clinical findings to physicians and the care team so diagnoses and treatment plans were supported by the documented clinical picture. My ICU/TCU experience includes caring for patients with sepsis, acute respiratory failure, and other critical conditions.

I hold an ACDIS CDI Apprenticeship Certificate and a multi-state compact RN license. I’m developing Carb Cruncher, a carbohydrate-tracking and meal-suggestion app that turns clinical nutrition concepts into patient education for diabetes self-management.
