What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support teams with accurate financial processes, compliance, and data-driven reporting—while continuing to grow in operations and people-centered coordination.

I currently manage financial and accounting processes, including invoice review, payment control, vendor payments, credit verification, and accurate record-keeping while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Previously, as a Management Intern – Production Supervisor, I oversaw daily egg production operations, coordinated labor and schedules, enforced safety and sanitation standards, and supported decision-making by analyzing production data and performance.

I also bring strong compliance and people-operations experience from a Management Intern – Human Resources role, where I ensured national labor law compliance (contracts, working hours, terminations, disciplinary actions), handled onboarding, and supported occupational health and safety. I enjoy building solutions with cross-functional teams—whether re-engaging students through retention strategies or coordinating the UEES 2025 Virtual Job Fair, including its official website and sponsor coordination.
