With over 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, I have a proven track record of scaling engineering teams and launching innovative products across software, hardware, cloud, and robotics domains. My expertise lies in building high-performance teams and managing cross-functional collaborations to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery. I specialize in cloud, IoT, and ADAS systems, with a strong focus on expanding vendor and partner ecosystems to drive business growth.

In my current role as Fractional CTO and VP of Engineering at Faction, I successfully supervised the development of an autonomy platform from the ground up, leading to significant pilot projects with major clients such as Chick-fil-A and ENI S.p.A. My previous experiences include leading engineering teams at CYNGN and founding BikerSense, where I developed innovative machine vision solutions. I am passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful products and drive strategic business alignment.
