At Falabella, I investigate production incidents affecting supply chain services by correlating application logs, metrics, and infrastructure behavior with Datadog, Grafana, and Kubernetes/GKE.
I also improve automation, monitoring, and delivery workflows using Python, Bash, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform, collaborating with engineering teams on reliability and operational improvements.
At SmartJob, working with client Falabella, I designed and executed functional, regression, API, and end-to-end tests for logistics and supply chain applications. I contributed to the migration from Selenium/Java to Playwright/TypeScript and documented defects to support release quality.
Earlier, I maintained automated UI, API, and application tests at Technology Solutions Latam (IMED / Autentia), and developed data ingestion and update workflows at RDF Media using Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
