At Martin's Food, I greeted customers, answered product and service questions, and operated the cash register efficiently and accurately. I processed payments by cash, check, credit card, gift card, or automatic debit, and I also supported day-to-day operations by stocking shelves when needed.

In my call center role at Agero, I handled inbound calls and made outbound calls to roadside assistance vendors across geographic areas. I assisted disabled drivers in obtaining roadside assistance, rerouted calls to the right departments when necessary, and maintained dependable customer support throughout.

Earlier, at Target as a Bakery/Produce Associate, I organized and stocked fresh fruits and vegetables while rotating older items to the front of displays. I followed food safety regulations with proper storage procedures, kept my work area clean, and supported multiple departments including bakery, produce, and Starbucks.
