At Tradelink Digital Solutions, I build production-grade data pipelines and analytics infrastructure that turn product, customer, and operational data into actionable reporting.

I've designed Apache Airflow ETL/ELT workflows for HubSpot, Intercom, and internal APIs, loading validated, analytics-ready datasets into PostgreSQL for Metabase reporting. I also built a near-real-time RAG customer-support reply suggestion pipeline using PostgreSQL, pgvector, Airflow, and HubSpot.

I use SQL and Python to model user journeys, feature adoption, retention, NPS, and operational performance, helping Product and Growth teams uncover adoption drivers and conversion friction. My investor-ready performance reporting contributed to a successful Series A fundraising process.

Earlier, I supported ETL and Power BI analytics at GetInnotized and won the Azubi Africa Data Science Hackathon by leading a team that built an NBA player position recommendation model in Azure ML Studio. I'm Azure-certified and enjoy owning data infrastructure from ingestion through monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder-ready insight.
